  1.     The two files are meant to provide an introduction and some tips on
  2. playing Trade Wars.  TWINTRO.TXT is meant to be first, and is written
  3. for the player who knows almost nothing about Trade Wars.  TWTIPS.TXT
  4. assumes a basic understanding of the game functions, commands and
  5. terminology.
  6.     Advice is worth what you pay for it.  That said, I think
  7. inexperienced players will find a wealth of valuable information herein,
  8. and even seasoned TW veterans might benefit from parts of the discussion
  9. in TWTIPS.TXT.
